S.P.H.E & Mindfulnes

• List your highs and lows of the day, give reasons why these moments stood out to you.
• Complete a kindness journal for seven days, each day record an act of kindness you completed.
• Decorate a memory jar and write down one positive memory or something that you have learned from the day. Make it unique and colourful. These can be brought back into school and discussed.
