Create a positivity jar and write down one good/nice thing that happened each day or something new they did/learned. This can be brought into school when we return.
Encourage your child to talk about how they are feeling. Share highs, lows and buffaloes (something good, not so good, something funny or interesting that happened that day)

Create an obstacle course in your house or back garden.
